Annual Wellness Exam

Service Description

At your annual wellness exam, we will review your medical history, and provide a head-to-toe physical exam. This is a preventive care visit, during which we screen for health conditions such as high blood pressure, and breast and cervical cancers. Tests such as a Pap smear, and blood work may be done at this visit. There is plenty of time during this visit to discuss any concerns with your health care provider.

Cancellation Policy

If you nee to cancel/reschedule an appointment we require 24 hour notice. In such cases, please call our office and arrange for a make-up appointment.
