Menopause is an every day of the week experience. On one Monday a month we'll get together and share our questions and challenges. Hot flashes? Questions about aging and sex? Wondering if hormone therapy might be right for you? We'll cover all of this and more in our discussions throughout the year. Join us!
The discussion will be moderated by Carina A. Ryder, CNM, who has over 20 years of experience working in women's health, and is a NAMS Certified Menopause Practitioner.
